work: Writing Tutor/Writing Assistant at my school. I tutor students in writing and work closely with a freshman seminar of 15 students for a semester and help each of them develop their writing individually.
nationality: German and Irish heritage, born American
family: It’s very complicated. I stay with my mom when I’m home from school and visit my dad when I’m around, especially when it’s a weekend when he has the kids over. I have and 19 year old sister and 4 half siblings aged 13, 11, 9, and 6.
pets: I have a beautiful german shepherd named Eva who I love to death.
education: Went to a public high school in NJ and am now attending a private, liberal arts college in PA. I’m majoring in sociology with a minor in women’s studies.
diet: not vegetarian or vegan, but I eat mostly vegetarian.
general hobbies: cooking, playing guitar, reading, hiking, raquetball. I also like to pretend that I’m an “artist”. As in I found out I have a secret talent for human figure sculpture while taking my art requirement and really love it.
new or just learning hobbies: Sculpture and drawing.
general interests: gender, sexuality, studying privilege and power, intersectionality, queerness, marine biology, critically reading Harry Potter
